Worldwide known as Gloria Stefan, she was born in Havana and her parents took her to the United States when she was just 16 months old. In 1975, she established contact with the Latin Boys band and started a skyrocketing career as a singer. Her search for her Latin roots in the disc “Mi tierra” granted her a Grammy Prize in 1993. Six years after that, she would be nominated again as Latin Singer of the World.
